Men Winter Blazers

The Mason’s Men’s Blazer Fall Winter 2026 collection focuses on two interpretations of the men’s blazer: the Tiziano, more elegant and tailored, and the Workjacket, more relaxed and contemporary. Two men’s jackets designed to complete the winter wardrobe with a balanced combination of construction, comfort and versatility.

Velvet is the key fabric of the collection: on the Tiziano, it comes in a finer ribbed version for a more refined look, while on the Workjacket it has a more textured and casual feel thanks to the wider wale. The variety of colors ranges from classic shades to bolder tones, making it easy to create looks for the office, business-casual settings, city wear and smart-casual occasions.

What types of men’s blazers does Mason’s offer for winter?

The Mason’s Men’s Blazers Autumn Winter 2026 collection features two main models: the Tiziano and the Workjacket. The Tiziano is the most elegant blazer in the collection, designed for those looking for a sartorial jacket to wear at the office, in the city or on smart-casual occasions. The Workjacket, on the other hand, interprets the blazer in a more relaxed way, with a contemporary and less formal attitude: a proposal suited to those looking for a casual men’s blazer built with attention to detail. Together, they create an essential yet versatile selection of men’s winter jackets.

02

What is the difference between a men’s jacket and a blazer?

A men’s jacket is a broad definition and can refer to very different garments, from elegant jackets to casual jackets. A blazer, on the other hand, is a more recognizable jacket, designed to be worn also separately from a suit. In the Mason’s collection, the Tiziano represents the more sartorial and refined blazer, while the Workjacket takes the same concept in a more everyday and effortless direction. The difference lies in the level of formality, the construction and the way the garment enters the wardrobe.

03

What should a men’s blazer be like?

A men’s blazer should have a neat line, a well-proportioned construction and a fabric consistent with the season. For winter, a blazer should convey presence without feeling rigid: the velvet of the Tiziano brings warmth and depth to the look, while the Workjacket offers a softer and more casual interpretation. A good blazer should work with elegant pants, premium chinos, clean denim or velvet models, always maintaining a polished image.

04

How should a men’s blazer fit?

A men’s blazer should follow the shoulder line, close naturally on the torso and leave room for a shirt, fine knit or turtleneck. The sleeve should reach the wrist without restricting movement. The Tiziano has a regular fit, designed to offer a clean but not overly close line; the Workjacket has a softer and more relaxed construction, suited to those looking for a casual men’s jacket with polished details. The correct fit is the one that maintains neatness, comfort and proportion.

05

What should you wear under a men’s blazer?

Different garments can be worn under a men’s blazer depending on the context. With the Tiziano, a white shirt, an Oxford shirt or a fine turtleneck create a more elegant and winter-ready look. With the Workjacket, a fine knit, a polo, a softer shirt or a compact T-shirt make the outfit more relaxed. The choice of what to wear under the blazer allows the look to move from a more formal register to a more smart-casual one.

06

How do you wear a men’s blazer?

A men’s blazer is worn as the central piece of the look, not only as an alternative to an elegant jacket. The Tiziano is suitable when you want to give the outfit more structure: with coordinated pants it becomes more refined, while worn separately with premium chinos or clean denim it maintains a more everyday tone. The Workjacket works instead as a casual men’s blazer, ideal for those looking for a polished but less formal men’s jacket. The variety of colors makes it possible to choose sober tones for the office and deeper shades for the city, weekends and evening occasions.

07

How should a man wear a blazer in winter?

In winter, a men’s blazer is worn by working with layers. Shirt and fine knit, turtleneck, lightweight cardigan or coat allow the garment to adapt to temperatures without losing neatness in the silhouette. The Tiziano in velvet is suited to a more elegant image, ideal for the office, dinners and smart-casual occasions. The Workjacket, thanks to its more relaxed construction, is ideal for city looks with knitwear, chinos or denim. In both cases, the blazer should maintain a balance between warmth, comfort and a clean line.

08

What fabric is used for men’s blazers?

For Autumn Winter 2026, Mason’s highlights velvet as the main fabric for men’s blazers. The Workjacket interprets it in a wide-wale version, more textured and casual, ideal for city looks and polished leisure time. The Tiziano model instead uses fine-wale velvet, more elegant and sartorial, suited to the office, dinners and smart-casual occasions. In general, a men’s blazer can also be made from wool, cotton or technical fabrics, but in this collection velvet is the base that gives the garment warmth, depth of color and a recognizable texture.

09

Which elegant men’s blazers should you choose for winter?

For those looking for elegant men’s blazers that are not rigid, the Tiziano is the most suitable model in the Mason’s collection. The fine-wale velvet, regular fit and variety of colors make it suitable for the office, business casual, dinners and semi-formal occasions. For those who prefer a more effortless jacket, the Workjacket represents a more casual and contemporary alternative, while still maintaining a polished and recognizable construction.

Mason’s since 1974: sartorial culture and contemporary blazers

Mason’s was founded in 1974 from the Martini family’s sartorial experience and from a culture of garments built with attention to fit, fabrics and details. This heritage can also be found in the men’s winter blazers: jackets designed to enter the wardrobe with continuity, last over time and complete Mason’s pants with a polished, contemporary and recognizable image.
